Marsio Photography Terms of Service1. IntroductionThank you for choosing Marsio Photography for your photography needs. By using Marsio Photography services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Marsio Photography services.2. ServicesMarsio provide photography services, including but not limited to photoshoots, image editing, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.3. Booking and Payment3.1. To book a photography session, you must provide a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due at the time of the photoshoot/service.3.2. Payment methods and pricing will be specified in our booking agreement.4. Cancellations and Rescheduling4.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within [2] days of the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.4.2. Marsio Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs and reschedule the session at no additional cost.5. Copyright and Usage5.1. All photographs taken by Marsio remain the copyright of the photographer. You will be provided with a limited license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing on social media and personal websites.5.2. You may not sell or otherwise distribute the images without Marsio's written consent.6. Model ReleasesYou consent to the use of your likeness in photographs by Marsio Photography. Marsio may use these images for promotional and portfolio purposes. If you have any concerns about image usage, please discuss this with Marsio prior to the photoshoot/service.7. Privacy and ConfidentialityMarsio respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Marsio will keep your images confidential unless you provide permission for their public release.8. Liability8.1. Marsio is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss of property during a photoshoot/service.8.2. You are responsible for your own costume and props, and you must take reasonable precautions to prevent any damage or injury.9. Changes to Terms of ServiceMarsio reserve the right to update and modify these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and it is your responsibility to review and accept the updated terms.10.
